Petra has accumulated 20 years of experience with International Business, primarily within relationship management and people and business management, in London, Amsterdam, and Dublin, whilst supporting MNC's business in/expansion into EMEA.
Having played Team sports such as football all her life and having partnered with clients and colleagues across the globe, Petra understands the importance of teamwork, diversity and innovation, in finding bespoke and effective solutions.
Petra is passionate about education, talent development, continuous learning, coaching and mentoring and it's potential for generating sustainable Business growth and adaptability, which led to her obtaining a PGDip in Organizational Psychology and qualifying as an Life and Executive coach, in addition to gaining her MBA.
In 2022, Petra made a career move from the Financial services sector into Education, where she managed employer and business interactions at a national training provider of Digital, Office, and Marketing apprenticeships, and joined a local secondary school as a Governor, before joining the University of Suffolk.
