Dr Diane Keeble-Ramsay is currently working within a number of institutions supervising and tutoring to doctoral level. Diane's current role at the University of Suffolk involves the supervision of PhD students leading to recognised research papers and the mentoring of colleagues. As an experienced Doctoral Examiner within and without the United Kingdom, she has acted in Chair, Internal and External Examiner roles.

She held the post of Deputy Director for the Positive Ageing Research Institute and Deputy Director for the Silver Economy and as a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at the Faculty of Business and Law School, Anglia Ruskin University. Having held management and commercial consultancy roles, also a Principal Fellow of HE Academy, she is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Dr Keeble-Ramsay also acted as a CIPD national examiner further to holding differing examiner roles for a number of institutes. She has been an Associate of the University of Leicester, where she qualified at Masters and Doctoral level. Having studied also at the University of London, she is further qualified in Psychology and is a member of the British Psychological Society.

Her current research has included research making links to the experiences of employees in terms of Menopause and ageing, whilst currently working with a team of researchers considering post menopausal careers. Other research projects have included reviewing organisational working practices and positive ageing within organisations since the global credit crisis and Covid pandemic.

She has published with Andrew Armitage receiving the Emerald Award for Excellent paper with regards to the changing nature of work. Dr Keeble-Ramsay has published also on the impact of the raised national default retirement age, maternal discrimination and research methodology, to include the Structured Literature Review and Story Completion. As an active Forum member for more than a decade, she has enjoyed awards from the University Forum of Human Resource Development (UFHRD) of the use of Arts Based Interventions. Recent conference papers have spanned a number of international reflections on areas such as the impact of Covid19, religiosity and female entrepreneurship.

Having acted as a Journal and Book Editor she has also acted as a reviewer for a range of journals and book publications. (details of publications on request)

Dr Keeble-Ramsay is a Principal Fellow of the HEA, a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the British Psychological Society. This is in addition to other membership of research groups.
