Fran is an Associate Professor in Marketing, having previously been a marketing practitioner before moving into marketing education.
Experienced but always curious, Fran's focus on 'social value' in marketing began during a presentation to a group of students from the Marketing Director of a Hospice. By combining teaching with research, Fran works to ensure that students get to see firsthand how marketing can have a positive impact in society.
Fran is an active member of the Education Committee at the Academy of Marketing, as well as the Worshipful Company of Marketors. She continues to volunteer within the charity sector currently undertaking the role of Chair of the Board of Trustees at St Helena Hospice, Colchester.
